Priscilla
Houliston figured out that diets don't work.
They all have an end to them and that
is where she blew it. So what
happens next?
After decades
of abusing food and carrying around almost
300 extra pounds, Priscilla made the life-changing
decision to finally get her head right and
see if her body would follow her as she
bicycled from Key West, Florida to Quoddy
Head, Maine in 2007. The journey was
the ride seen around the world and changed
her life forever.
It seems
exercise was the secret ingredient Priscilla
had been missing in her life. No longer
stuck on the sofa, she found the joy of
moving when it is something you love doing.
An injury
suffered to her ankle and knee cut her bicycling
short on the West Coast of America in the
autumn of 2007. Suffering from pain,
depression of not being able to continue
her massive bicycle ride, Priscilla started
writing a book, LittleChanges,
about her incredible trek to good health.
Priscilla found
that her accident had so many silver linings
she couldn't count them all. Time
with family and her new grandson, publishing
a book, the ability to understand trying
to continue with training while healing
and battling her weight loss while not
bicycling 30 to 50 miles daily. All
blessings and challenges that made her want to continue
doing the impossible even more.
"The
real secret to staying motivated is to motivate
others" Priscilla says. "We
all need a daily dose of it and that is
what I want to give the world with this
website. If I can do it, so can YOU!"
She has
taken a life-long pledge of motivating
the world to wake up and smell the fitness.

incredible journey at LittleChanges.com
